The design strategy sought to activate neglected spaces while reshaping the overall program to include a variety of user experiences including an outdoor yoga, play lawn, children’s play features, dog amenities and shaded areas for relaxation.

Custom corten steel fencing adds an artful expression to the streetscape, while an elevated boardwalk gracefully meanders through the garden to the main lawn. A lower terrace provides an off-leash dog area with a sculptural water feature while garden is viewed from pool deck above.
