LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
3-6 years
We are currently seeking a design-oriented candidate with 3-6 years experience to work in our Fort Lauderdale office. The candidate will work directly with the Principal to envision and develop conceptual designs through construction documentation and will have the opportunity to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, nurserymen, and consulting architect and engineering teams. Project opportunities span hospitality and rooftop renovations, urban plazas and streetscapes and private residential gardens. Additional responsibilities include the production of construction drawings, research and sourcing of materials, 3D Model management, and assisting with preparing presentations for clients and design teams.
Successful candidates shall demonstrate the following skill set:
• Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture or Architecture
• Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience
• Revit proficiency
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Ability to think conceptually and develop design ideas collaboratively within a team and work independently
• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Lumion or Aftereffect program proficiency
• Time management and organization
