The proposed renovation of the 1.5-acre rooftop amenity deck aims to transform the existing space into a vibrant, multi-functional retreat that reflects the ideals of South Florida living. With panoramic water views as a backdrop, the design centers on the rooftop setting while introducing a blend of wellness, recreation, and relaxation experiences.
At the heart of the renovation is a reimagined pool deck, with new paving, daybeds and cabanas for sunbathing, lounging, and relaxation. The existing clubhouse will undergo a thoughtful upgrade, with improvements to the bathroom, laundry, and bar area to support casual entertainment and gatherings. Adjacent to the clubhouse, new covered dining areas and separate grilling stations create flexible spaces for group meals and celebrations.
To enhance the sense of nature and relaxation, the plan introduces walking paths lined with benches, shade trees, seasonal flowers, and low-level lighting to be enjoyed throughout the day into sunset.
